Led by the belief that only passion, commitment and responsibility can pave the way to success, she is committed to embedding these principles into the culture of A&I Consulting, the business that she has built and developed over the past 5 years.

The experience acquired in various banking and financial institutions, reinforced by her professional background in insolvency, provided Ioana with a global view of the economic framework of a society, in all its stages of development.
